I have always admired and almost trembled in front of crystals and precious stones. As a child, I never collected dolls or toys; Picked up the stones! My rock collection was impressive; I had crystals and seds from all over the world. It’s not a typical collector’s item, but I guess I wasn’t your typical kid either. For some reason, I was attracted to these pearls. I was clearly attracted to their pure beauty; however, there was something special about these mysterious natural formations that attracted me, too. I think I’ve been attracted to the energy of these crystals. Growing up, I began to study the healing properties of crystals and eventually became a certified crystal healer.
Crystal healing is the use of crystals for healing and positive changes in the mind, body and soul. For me, crystal cured diseases, cured emotional trauma, helped me overcome addictions, filled me with energy and completely changed my life! All gemstones carry their own unique vibration frequencies, and by placing them on your body or in your aura, you can change your vibration frequency. The crystals also act as amplifiers. They strengthen your intention and achieve the desired result much faster.
There are many crystals of all shapes, sizes and colors, and each of them has its own unique properties, allowing to solve different physical and emotional problems. However, you can drive yourself crazy by exploring and finding exactly the crystals you think you need. In fact you need to do the opposite, the crystal will choose you! Therefore, if you choose crystals in the crystal shop that you can take home, stop and go back to the very first crystal you touched, because it was probably this crystal that chose you.
After buying your new natural treasures you need to make certain preparations before they are ready to be used. I’m sure you’re probably excited and already want to use them, but these next steps are an important part of the whole crystal healing process.
First you have to clean your crystals from any negative energy they have absorbed. If they were in the store, a lot of people could touch them, and the crystal could easily absorb all the negative energy they were carrying, and you certainly don’t want it to be in your energy field. You will also need to clean the crystals from time to time, depending on how you use them. There are several effective methods of removing crystals. The easiest and most effective way is to put them in your hands, intending to remove all negative energy from the crystal, and hold it under running water for one or two minutes. The mixer works perfectly. Other cleaning methods include soaking them in salt for several hours, burying them in the ground for a day or more or simply using breathing.
The second step is to adjust your new crystal to your vibration frequency and establish the intention that it will only be used for your higher benefit or the benefit of the one who uses it. All you have to do is hold the crystal in your hands, close your eyes and register these two intentions. You can say them out loud or think that both methods work. The third step is to charge the crystals. Simply place the crystals under direct sunlight for at least 5 hours. You can also place them under the light of a full or new moon at night. The last step is to program the crystals into what you are going to use them for. For example, you could say that they should be used for general therapeutic purposes, or for protection, or for grounding, etc. The reason someone can take this step is because programming a crystal for specific use makes it more appropriate to vibrate your needs; so that the desired result is achieved even faster. To do this, take the crystal in your hands and say out loud (not in your head) “This crystal is used for q” and fill the empty space. Repeat these words 3-4 times to fully program the crystal. Now you are ready to use your new crystals!
